An entrepreneur since childhood, Jose Raul went from
selling cheese to owning several businesses in Tijuana,
helping his family prosper in Mexico. When he arrived in Quebec in 2011,
he started over by creating a company
called JORK – an acronym for his four children
and laid the foundation for what would become
